Menkora - 1 Year Quality Guarantee
At Menkora, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Every phone case is covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our guarantee applies only to manufacturing faults, including:
- Peeling or lifting of the printed design
- Cracks or splits caused by a production defect
- Significant fading of the design within the first 3 months under normal use
What’s Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover:
- Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear
- Loss of finish or gloss from daily use
- Gradual fading after 3 months
- Damage caused by drops, impact, bending, heat, liquids, or chemicals
- General wear and tear
Please note: Our cases are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof.
Replacements
- Approved claims receive one free replacement per product
- Replacements do not reset or extend the original 1-year guarantee
- Replacements are issued in the same design (or a suitable alternative if unavailable)
- Shipping for guarantee replacements is covered
How to Make a Claim
Email hello@menkora.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
Claims are reviewed within 2-3 business days.
Approved replacements are dispatched within 2-5 business days.
After the Guarantee Period
Once the 1-year period has ended, replacements are no longer available.
