Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
All returns require prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at hello@menkora.com and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- A photo of the item received
Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days to our Estonia address.
Return Shipping
We cover return shipping only if:
- An incorrect item was sent, or
- A manufacturing defect is confirmed
All other return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
As all items are made to order, exchanges are limited to sizing errors or incorrect items and are available only for the same design.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
For promotional offers (e.g. 3 for 2), refunds are calculated based on the discounted price per item.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 3 hours of purchase.
After this time, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
